Shirley Braun, Ph.D.

An accomplished Coach and People and Organizational Development executive, Shirley Braun helps organizations, teams and individuals successfully scale up, learn, grow, and thrive.
With decades of experience scaling organizations, coaching, working with the C-suite, and building strategy, she blends her broad global business experience, servicing scaling organizations and Fortune 500 companies, with a direct, transformative, and caring, approach to coaching and consulting. She is passionate about helping her clients find their true needs, unleashing their potential, and accomplishing their goals. She loves to share with her clients the practical tools needed for scaling their impact and transforming their teams and organizations. Past clients have said that Shirley has a solid ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships, promote a high-performance mindset, and influence business results. She understands first-hand both the challenges and opportunities that come with leadership roles in various cultures ,championing adaptable organizational structures, experiences, and programs. By advocating for scalability and innovation, she invigorates organizations to effectively navigate evolving needs and seize emerging opportunities with agility and foresight.
Before founding Swift Insights, Shirley was a Chief People Officer in a number of technology companies that were scaling up and held executive HR and Organizational Development positions at Fortune 500 companies. Shirley holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco; and an MA in Industrial and Social Psychology and a BA in Psychology, both from Bar Ilan University in Israel. When she is not coaching, or consulting, she is an avid learner and loves to spend time with close friends and family traveling, cooking, and dancing.
